Charlotte Jero is the owner, as well as an instructor at First Class Cosmetology School. She began her career in the cosmetology profession in 1987, becoming a licensed practitioner in the State of Wisconsin. She graduated from JGM Cosmetology School, and began instructing at JGM immediately after graduation. In 1990 she opened her own nail salon, First Class Nails. First Class Nails would soon become First Class Cosmetology School as she responded to a need for well-trained nail technicians, estheticians, and cosmetologists. Charlotte has experience in many facets of the industry, and has advanced training in business related fields as well as in nail technology and hair-cutting. Charlotte's passion is educating students to become successful graduates, and her experience in the industry shows in every class she teaches.

Angie McCaslin is the Manager as well as an instructor. She began working at First Class Cosmetology School as a receptionist in 1995, and completed the cosmetology program in 1999. After graduating from the cosmetology program, Angie moved to North Carolina working as a spa technician at an upscale salon. She received advanced training in skin care completing classes with the product manufacturer's of Dermalogica and BioElements. She also received advanced hair-cutting training at the Graham Webb Institute in Washington D.C. She returned to this area and began instructing in 2002. She is committed to continuously learning and is dedicated to passing along her knowledge in hair-coloring, skin care, and nail care to her students.

Linda Redieske is the Office Manager and Student Supervisor. She has been employed at First Class since 1999. She is in charge of maintaining our office and student's records and files. She supervises hours and attendance, answer phones, books appointments, and meets with potential students. She is knowledgeable about our school and state laws. Her experience truly makes her an irreplaceable employee at our facility.

Margie Marshall is a full-time instructor for First Class Cosmetology School. Her credentials for teaching and her years of experience make her an exceptional instructor. She has been licensed as a stylist since 1980, and she has worked in a variety of areas within the industry. She maintains her Practitioner, Managers and Instructors licenses. Her passion and dedication for educating shows in her graduates' successes.

Jessie Hansen is our newest part time instructor with experience in all areas of the cosmetology industry. She teaches esthetics, nail technology, and cosmetology classes. She is very motivated, and her passion for the industry and her students shows in all of her classes. If we have a student who is hard to motivate.. Jessie can get it done!! Student's enjoy her FUN theory classes and respond to her dedication to teaching.
